Interactive Installation

In this project, I was part of a group of four at DMJX. We created an installation focusing on the concept of "speciesism." As humans, we tend to feel more valuable than other forms in nature, but in reality, we are much more alike. We designed this immersive, interactive installation to help people feel more connected to nature by allowing them to influence sounds and visuals through touch. In doing so, we gave the plants a voice, emphasizing that we have an impact on nature. It was a fun and exploratory way of encouraging a shift in people's perspectives and behaviors. It was exhibited at Kulturnatten 2024.
